“This is a fantastic opportunity for people to join us in June “
More than 20 bursary places are available for people wishing to attend this summer’s National Rural Touring Forum Conference.

The event – which has been running for almost three decades – champions rural and small scale touring.
Tickets are now on sale for the three day gathering in Newbury Berkshire 24-26 June.
Already one of the best value-for-money conferences around, NRTF is committed to making the conference as inclusive and accessible as possible.
Three different types of bursaries are available for touring schemes, promoters and artists. These all include accommodation, meals and access to the event each day.
- Schemes: Fourteen places x 50% discount on a second ticket after purchasing a full price ticket. We encourage schemes to bring someone who wouldn’t be able to attend at full price.
- Promoters: Three places FREE for promoters and includes £150 travel contribution from NRTF.
- Artists: Five places for artists at just £60.
Holly Lombardo, director National Rural Touring Forum said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for people to join us in June who otherwise might not be able to.
“Our priority for selecting bursaries will be around making the conference as inclusive and accessible as possible.
Rural and small-scale touring is about bringing enriching cultural experiences – from theatre, music, dance and comedy, to communities off-the-beaten-track. Delivering culture to places on ‘b-road Britain’.
The 2025 three-day conference will offer an immersive experience —showcasing diverse work, artists and discussions on themes of environmentalism, devolution and future of tech and innovation.
