Join us from 24 – 26 June in Newbury, Berkshire
This year we are exploring the theme of Immersion—showcasing diverse work, artists, and themes within the rural touring sector. As immersive work is emerging in rural touring, this year’s conference aims to explore innovative ways to engage audiences while celebrating cultural diversity and inclusion.

What to expect
This flagship event brings together the rural touring community, artists, promoters, funders, and industry professionals to exchange ideas, learn, and connect. The conference provides a vibrant platform for collaboration, learning, and advocacy for rural and community touring.
Accommodation is included in the ticket again this year. We will be staying at the Donnington Grove Hotel, where the Conference will be based, and Chequers Hotel nearby.
“I felt I made new or strengthened connections with other schemes, artists, companies. It’s great to see a variety of work and what is currently in development.” Conference 2024 attendee
