We encourage you to attend the full conference, however, part-conference tickets will be available.
Ticket
A full conference ticket, Tuesday – Thursday, includes:
- Conference admission
- All meals, (Tuesday dinner, Wednesday breakfast, lunch and dinner, Thursday breakfast and lunch)
- Accommodation
Access
We are working hard to maintain a high standard of accessibility at the NRTF Conference, and this year we will have:
- Easy read guides for all Conference venues (links below)
- Easy read Schedule for all Conference events (links below)
- Chill Out, (In quiet spaces)
- Clear signage at venues
- Live captioning for larger events (excluding showcases)
- Venue guided tours available, before events begin.

Accommodation
Accommodation is at the newly renovated Redwings Lodge, 45 Waterloo Road, Wolverhampton, WV1 4QL.
There are double rooms, double accessible rooms and twin rooms.
You can choose to share a room with a friend who is attending the conference when you buy your tickets, otherwise, you will be allocated your own room for the duration of your stay.
If you require an accessible room or have any specific access requirements around your accommodation, please let us know.
Travel and Parking
The nearest train station is Wolverhampton.
Distances from the train station:
- 10 minute drive and 12 minute walk to the acommodation
- 9 minute drive and 18 minute walk to Wolverhampton Arts Centre.
Parking for the accommodation and conference is available on site.
Parking for the accommodation and conference is at Redwings Lodge for an additional fee of £5 per 24 hours (not included in the conference ticket price).
