Rural Touring Awards – Creative Communication Award
This award recognises a project, touring company or programming organisation that has demonstrated outstanding creativity and effectiveness in marketing and / or communication for promoting an aspect of rural touring.
Do you?
- Show innovation in marketing and communication approaches to rural audiences?
- Work effectively in reaching and engaging rural audiences?
- Have evidence of increased reach, attendance or engagement within the rural sector?
Eligibility Suggestions:
- Activity must have taken place between 1st April 2023 and 31st March 2026.
- Work must demonstrate a clear connection to rural touring contexts.
- Tour-based nominations must have completed at least 5 performances in rural settings and / or by one of our membership rural touring schemes
- Nominations should provide clear evidence of impact.
- Nominations can be campaign or show-specific, or demonstrate activity across an organisations’ output, but must relate to rural touring work.

- Self nominations are accepted.
- Where you are nominating a candidate for an award, please provide an email address or link to their website to allow us to contact them for supporting information.
- Nominations are made via this form and need to be received by 18th May 2026. We will contact nominees by 22nd May 2026 and confirm the shortlist by 5th June 2026.
